Know Thyself … is an ancient Greek virtue that was inscribed in the Temples at Delphi.  This virtue has been central to many philosophies over the ages.  In our modern society of technology, instant access, and multi-tasking it is easier than ever to put our own needs last (and often encouraged on a subliminal level).  By Knowing Ourselves, we can find our own personal strengths allowing us to find our personal truth which enables us to live authentically.

The following services are offered in and around Columbus, Ohio to provide you with tools to aide you in the journey to Know Thyself and live authentically.

Meditation – The art of meditation allows you to calm your mind, body and spirit.  This calmness can provide clarity and allow you to be in the present moment.  Being in the present moment allows for reflection and perspective, both are important tools in the journey to Know Thyself.  Meditation appeals to individuals for a variety of reasons, including spiritual, preventative techniques (i.e. anxiety, pain management, and stress), and relaxation methods.

By practicing one or more of the following meditation techniques you can build a personal practice that not only aids in the journey to Know Thyself, but furthers the mind, body and spirit connection.

Reiki Relaxation Sessions work with the bodies natural energy to cleanse and realign this energy.  This creates a state of overall relaxation, peace and well-being which allows the body’s natural ability of self-healing to occur.

Sessions and Packages are available:

Individual Sessions of 30 minutes in length.  Cost is $40.00 per session.

Package of  3 Individual Sessions – 30 minutes in length.

Cost is $95.00 with 50% deposit at time of scheduling.

Package of 5 Individual Sessions – 30 minute in length.

Cost is $175.00 with 50% deposit at time of scheduling.

Please allow for an additional 15 minutes prior to your sessions for consultation

and 15 minutes after your session before driving.

Reiki Attunements allow for an individual to channel more energy and direct the flow of energy.  Sacred symbols are shared, as well as knowledge on the chakras, crystals, spirit guides, and aromatherapy.  These session are how one becomes a Reiki practitioner.

Attunement cost varies by level:

• Reiki Level 1 – Cost $100 This includes all course materials and email support.
• Reiki Level 2 – Cost $100 This includes all course materials and email support.
• Reiki Level 3 – Cost $150 This includes all course materials and email support.

Shamanic Crystal Relaxation Sessions allow for your mind, body and spirit to be energetically cleansed, realigned and revitalized.  This allows for the body’s natural ability of self-healing to occur.  Each session is unique.

Technique’s that may be utilized during the Shamanic Crystal Healing session:

• Aromatherapy.  Scent is the most powerful sense we have.  Each individual responds to scent differently.  The appropriate scent for you can aide in your ability to relax.
• Chakra Alignment.  Chakra’s are the main energy centers within our body.  When these energy centers become unbalanced, it is a reflection of an imbalance in our body, mind, and spirit connection.
• Crystal Energy.  Crystal’s have the ability to aide in an individual’s energy alignment through metaphysical properties such as color and vibration.
• Crystal Skulls.  The unique shape of crystal skulls, along with the properties of the crystal makes crystal skulls powerful partners in Shamanic Crystal Healing.

Sessions run 45 minutes in length and varies per individual.

Cost is $60.00 per session.
